Pre-Search Advisory Services: Prior to initiating a search, we provide our clients with a detailed report of current compensation and industry trends that will impact the search”s parameters. The goal of the advisory phase is to conduct an in-depth assessment of the opportunity, to identify and clarify our client”s strengths and to address potential obstacles.
Due Diligence & Marketing Plan: We conduct extensive campaigns designed to identify the specific profile parameters and goals of a client”s role. Our team also assists in the development of public-facing job descriptions and white-sheets that will be distributed to relevant candidates and sources. Following this diligence, our team compiles a list of target candidates, teams, and firms that we will contact during the course of the search.
Candidate Outreach & Assessment: Norgay Partners will conduct a comprehensive outreach campaign to target candidates. We conduct in-person assessments of short-listed candidates, leveraging client-approved assessment tools and interview rubrics. Following the assessment phase, we rank potential candidates, then send biographies and resumes to our client for review. We also schedule all candidate interviews with the client. Norgay Partners will provide continuous feedback to our client on candidate interest level and general market reception.
Offer & Acceptance: We manage client references and assist in the formulation of offer letters and compensation/benefits packages, where appropriate. We maintain close communication with our client and the selected candidate throughout the reference and offer extension phase to manage expectations and maintain engagement. We also guide the successful candidate through the resignation process to ensure a smooth transition.
