Secondaries
Norgay is a leader in recruiting for the PE secondary market and has placed candidates across all levels. We have completed searches for GPs and LPs on the buyside whose solutions range from continuation vehicles, GP-leds, LP-leds, credit and special situation secondaries, to real asset secondaries. We have a track record of team building at all levels.
Private Equity
Our team members have covered private equity since 2006. We have made placements with clients that have a range in size of assets under management (AUM) and strategies. These include firms that specialize in buyout, growth, venture, infrastructure, real estate and ESG. Whether a firm is looking to identify to grow a vertical or geographic location or a VP to help with execution our team has a track record of identifying candidates that are not only strong cultural fits but successful long-term hires.
Private Credit
Norgay has a deep history of working with private credit teams. We have helped firms develop new strategies, with key placements at leadership levels, and have placed candidates in both origination and underwriting functions at the MD, Director, VP, and Associate levels. We have worked with strategies that focus on the middle market and large cap space which span direct lending, mezzanine lending, growth and venture debt, technology, healthcare, and other sectors.
Fund and Co-investments
Norgay has placed platform investing talent at both General Partners and Limited Partners. We are well networked in the co-investment and fund investment space and have completed searches across all levels from group heads down to analysts. We are also experienced in working with non-New York headquartered firms, who may not be as well-known to local candidates.
